I  began working out early on in my life, around the age of 13, as I had aspirations to play college and professional baseball. I was never a big kid, in fact I was one of the smallest kids on my team going into high school, so I knew that I just had to outwork everyone. Getting into fitness at an early age was probably the best thing that could have happened to me because I realized the importnance of hard work over talent, but I also learned that I truly loved pushing myself and others to new heights in the gym.
I was able to get two full ride scholarships to play baseball in college and I owe much of that success to my love for fitness. Once I was done playing college baseball I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with my life. I knew what I was interested in, but I wasn't on the right path. I decided to get my NASM CPT in July of 2017 and have not looked back since! I have found my new calling in fitness and coaching others to live healthy and functional lifestyles just like I have for so many years. I know how happy I am simply because of my health and I LOVE coaching people to reach the happiness and health that I have.
