- I teach currently a variety of classes, total body conditioning and personal training, to help people increase their strength, flexibility, balance, speed and endurance to improve their current sport or lifestyle!

My extensive experience in the practice of movement, modern dance, teaching physical education, martial arts, swimming and sports condition is complemented and enriched with my vocation and passion for training and teaching.
