Abs: Complete core work. 15 minutes is all you’ll need.
Awesome Abs/Strong Back: Functional fitness, postural awareness, and spinal alignment — everything you need to stay strong through the core and avoid injury.
Body Architect: Simultaneous upper and lower body sculpting with occasional cardio sets. Great for boosting metabolism and elevating heart rate.
Body Lean: An effective way to build lean muscle by utilizing barbells with adjustable weights. No choreography.
Boxing Strength Circuit: Learn REAL boxing skills while developing overall fitness and core strength.
Bump & Grind Dance Workout: A fluid combination of hip hop, striptease, and old-fashioned aerobics. Fantastic for developing strong abdominal muscles.
Caliente” Latin Dance Workout: A cardio workout inspired by authentic Latin Dances. Not a dancer? No worries! You will learn over time.
Cardio Sculpt: A class that will burn fat through long cardio sets, and strengthen and tone muscles with short intervals of resistance training.
Chisel: A group-exercise sculpting class using many forms of resistance. Creative Cardio: All things cardio. No weight lifting.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga: Combines Iyengar yoga, Kundalini breath work, and Pilates mat work to help create and maintain a truly healthy body.
Kundalini Yoga: A powerful tool for self-healing. This practice strengthens both the nervous and the glandular systems to promote and maintain balanced health. Integrating movement and breath, each class has a different focus designed to produce benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. As the class concludes, our structured medita- tions enhance everyday life and leave you feeling refreshed.

Stability Ball Challenge: A well-rounded muscle-toning class that starts from the core and works it’s way out.
“Skinny Jeans” Workout: 25 minutes everything that needs to fit into those tight jeans: Legs, hips & abs!
Strength and Balance: A class that will tone and strengthen your muscles with balance challenges throughout.
Winter Sports Conditioning: A class designed to develop cardiovascular and muscular endurance. A fantastic way to train for ski and snow boarding season.
