Fitness Philosophy:
Fitness is a lifetime commitment, enhancing oneʼs quality of life both mentally and physically. Total fitness involves three equally important components: a healthy diet, cardiovascular or aerobic training, and resistance training. Vigilance in a fitness regime provides a means to a healthy active lifestyle throughout oneʼs lifetime.

• NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) Certified Personal Trainer.
• Trained continuously at Mountainsʼ Edge Fitness in Boulder, Colorado for the last ten years.
• Teaching Assistant in undergraduate Human Anatomy for three years.
• Started training as a second career in my mid 40ʼs.
I am now in my late 50ʼs and have been a Certified Personal Trainer for the last ten years. Personally, I work to keep fit in order to continue to pursue my passions - skiing, biking, hiking, and backpacking - at a high level.
