Classes
Fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and connected to your training. Our instructors are top notch, we have 3 international master trainers on staff so you’ll get education as well. Check out any of our original, Mountains’ Edge Fitness classes including Caliente, Bump & Grind, Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Guilty Pleasures, BYOM and Psychedelic Saturday cycling classes. We’re also the only fitness center in town offering Kundalini and Forrest Yoga as part of their class schedule.
