Classes

Fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and connected to your training. Our instructors are top notch, we have 3 international master trainers on staff so you’ll get education as well. Check out any of our original, Mountains’ Edge Fitness classes including Caliente, Bump & Grind, Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Guilty Pleasures, BYOM and Psychedelic Saturday cycling classes. We’re also the only fitness center in town offering Kundalini and Forrest Yoga as part of their class schedule.  You can find all of our Boulder Fitness Class Descriptions here.  Our goal is to make class work for you, so we'll offer options anytime you need them.  Come on in and move with us!  *All classes are one hour unless stated.
