Philosophy
For almost 30 years, I’ve subscribed to the approach that exercise and good nutrition are a commitment for life, not just a quick fix for a brief period of time. The only way to lose excess weight, obtain optimum health, and reach your fitness goals in the long-term, is to adhere to a sound exercise, diet, and flexibility program which is consistent, continually changes, and keeps you interested. Keep setting goals, keep “raising the bar” and you will achieve strength, endurance, your ideal body weight, and most likely you’ll stave off most chronic health issues and have an overall sense of well-being. Let’s get going!
My goal is to motivate, inspire, educate, and have an overall positive impact on people’s health and wellness as a fitness leader & role model by contributing my extensive experience and educational background in fitness, nutrition, and indoor cycling, mountain bike and road bike skills coaching, and to have a ton of fun and laughter along the journey.
